We will be OPEN on Thanksgiving Day 10-5.

Please Note: This post was written in 2014, I have tried to update it, many of these wonderful dining establishments continue to provide Thanksgiving dining for all. I have once again updated this post all new for 2018. Each time I have some fresh info for this post it will be updated. Some restaurants around Taos will be closed, please call ahead, the most up to date information for businesses in Taos tends to be their Facebook page for hours and phone numbers.
During 2020, the tear of the Pandemic and closures due to Covid-19, the blog was not updated. Very few shops and restaurants were open on Thanksgiving. We are hoping for a much better Thanksgiving experience in Taos for 2021 and the years to come.

My family for many, many years has always been host to what is affectionately known as the Orphans Dinner.
Where everyone who was not going ‘home’ to their own family dinners were welcome.
These past few years due to my own health issues I have not been able to commit to the amount of work this requires.
Your host, always struggling to stuff the turkey.

I believe Thanksgiving weekend is a tough one for people to know what to do and what's open. Especially where to eat a Thanksgiving Day Dinner.

It is worth noting here that for 2017 an employee of Cid's Grocery Store with her family went around Taos with Thanksgiving meals to feed the many homeless and disadvantaged here. They gave up their Thanksgiving dinner so that others could enjoy a special day. If You wish to help out this year ask for Anne at Cid's and speak with her about suggestions of how to become involved.

I've put this list together to help you all have an enjoyable time spent in Taos, NM.
A Place I hold very dear.

*Please Note: I have not been paid, nor bribed by any of the listings here. This post was put together purely to be helpful to visitors during the Thanksgiving Holiday in Taos. If I have missed anything important, please email me ASAP at r2c2graces@gmail.com and I will add your event or restaurant to the list above. I have not listed small businesses, there are just far too many. As I've stated it will be by absolute chance if you wander upon a business which is OPEN on Thanksgiving Day.

We Do Indeed hope that you will support Two Graces, shop which is now located at 105 Barela Lane in downtown Taos and find something wonderful for yourself or for a gift to a loved one.
You may also find our website www.twograces.com a helpful place to shop as we ship promptly.
We gratefully see a whole lot of visitors to Taos on Holiday weekends.
Thank You.
